We use only carefully selected meat, salt and aromas from ancient recipes to make our pancetta. This maintains intact their natural, typical flavour, the pink colour and the compact resistance when sliced

 

Preparation:

Slow cooking in dry-air ovens, natural smoking using only wood, lean meats, defatting and removal of the tendon, all assure the perfume and flavour of these products that are so hard to resist, as well as guaranteeing a much lower fat content that any competitor products.
