These olives, grown in Sicily, are known as Castelvetrano Olives. They are harvested in September before they are ripe and when the pulp is crisp and the fruits have a bright green colour. Medium in size and oval in shape, these olives are preserved in brine and are characterized by a sweet taste with a slightly saline aftertaste.

 

These olives are the true taste of Italian sun and soil.
