Selected grapes from the Rioja Alavesa vineyards. The grapes are de-stemmed before they go into vat. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Long fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Colour: Bright and clean, ruby red hue with violet tones. Aromas: Intense black fruit aromas such as blackberries. Nuances of liqourice and fennel blend perfectly with elegant notes of coffee roasting and chocolate brought by the French oak. Taste: Very fruity, fresh and lively on entry to the palate. It shows a full-bodied, harmonious style, elegant tannins and a velvety finish, characteristic of the Rioja Alavesa
